"I called 1 time and the owner answered the phone. HUGE Plus in SWFL. Meet at his office that day and had my paver ordered the next day plus the owner thought ahead and said, hold on - let me see what they have in stock. Next day the owner had a young lady from his office to come out to the property for measurement's. Prompt service - must be to good to be true. When we were ready for paver's on our new pool deck; the owner and his crew had them down within 2 weeks. If, you know anything about construction in SWFL that's pretty remarkable. Anyways, very happy with the service and completed work.. Oh - and the owner called a week later to follow up."

Kris, the receptionist, was so pleasing to talk to and was never too busy to answer all of my questions. She was amazing! Every company should have someone like her as a receptionist! He thoroughly went over everything that needed to be done to make our driveway look its best, and then gave us an estimate. That is what our final price was. "We did a lot of research to find the right product for our lanai / pool area. Our prior deck-cool deck- was constantly dirty looking and concrete paint stains never adhered. We looked at rubber coating products and the deal breaker was dog fur. The fur just stuck to the rubber. We were brought to Unique Pavers via a friend recommendation, who had great results with his like project. I called Unique and they were responsive, and an appointment for an estimate was scheduled. Mike, the owner, arrived on time when he said he would. He spent all the time I needed to answer every question I had, and Mike had all the answers that stumped other paver guys. When we agreed to move to project forward, there was a fair contract that outlined the scope and expectations of the project. At this time I asked for a start date, and three weeks later it was Game on, as promised. We started when Mike said we would, and his guys stayed on this job from start to completion. There was no “job hopping”. The craftsmen that worked On this project were exceptional. They worked long and hard, and any small issue I asked to correct was corrected immediately. Their “foreman” also ripped out a section and redid it himself as he was not satisfied with a line the was slightly off. Their persistence left me with a great final “showroom quality” lanai, pool area, and walkway. I am confident that the relationship that was built will provide me with years of good service if ever needed. From start to finish all work, including a re-screen, was done and cleaned up in a week. These projects are a mess, but the end results are so worth it. I think this project was priced fairly, and the quality of workmanship exceptional. This contractor did what he said, when he said he was doing it. That doesn’t happen in Florida. Hats off to Unique Pacers Design, and they are highly recommended. Job Well Done Guys!!!"
