When a contractor in Naples needed a grill patio done fast without cutting corners, they called us. That's the kind of job we genuinely enjoy - active construction site, tight coordination with other trades, and a finished product that still has to look sharp when everything around it is still raw dirt and framing.
Here's what we were working with: multiple patio sections spread across a large multi-unit residential property, all needing to be laid out clean and tied in properly with the surrounding concrete flatwork. The grill station itself is a solid masonry build, and our paver work had to frame it correctly - not just function, but actually look intentional when the site is finished.
We used a mixed-tone gray paver in a running pattern across the main patio areas. The blend moves between lighter and darker tones, which does two things - it hides construction-phase scuffing well during the remaining site work, and it gives the finished courtyard a high-end look that holds up over time. That's not an accident. Paver selection on commercial jobs matters, and we think through it.
What makes commercial work like this different is the pace. There's no room to stall. Other contractors are moving around you, timelines shift daily, and you have to keep your section moving without creating problems for the next trade. Communication with the GC throughout this one kept everything on track - and that's just how we operate on every job.
